Alan E. Negrin, Chairman/angel/contributor, held senior management roles in companies as diverse as Xerox and Harris Corp. He is a serial entrepreneur with founding roles in Optilink (acquired by DSC, now owned by Alcatel), Advanced Fibre Communications (was public, recently acquired by Tellabs), and E/O Networks (acquired by GoDigital, now owned by ICBS).
His 30-year career spans engineering, marketing, as well as general and senior management. Since retiring, Al has served as an active Board member of Pliant Systems, Inc., seeded several startups, and taken up golf, about which his only comment is, “Tiger has less than nothing to worry about.”
Al is an active contributor to RampUp’s product line, having formulated the original math and mechanics for Option Sanity™, as well as many of the precepts found in Empowerment Through Management Communications™.
Eileen Glenn is an accomplished technical writer and programmer, with more than 20 years experience spanning all aspects of software product development.
She has authored user manuals, tutorials and on-line help facilities, as well as sales and marketing material. She has also assisted with the design of user interfaces for engineering software products.
Eileen has a strong programming background that includes C, C++, JavaScript, C#, HTML, and Java.
